March Snow.

We got ANOTHER round of winter weather on Thursday, March 5th. So, the kids were out of school for Thursday and Friday. The snow was SO fine and powdery this time. It blew into our screened porch and left a layer of powder all over the furniture. I actually had to force the kids outside that Thursday to play in the snow. They were all just SO over it- especially Daniel, who told me it was too cold to go outside. Ha! Snow is SUPER exciting when you only get it once or twice a year, but all of these snow events back to back over a 3 week period wore us all out. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth out of those snow bibs and snow boots this year (Etta didn't get any snow boots- they were sold out of her size when I ran to Target the day before the first wintery weather event in February). I am going to go ahead and bet that I will spend money on snow bibs/boots next year and we won't get a lick of snow....
