Etta's Final Week of Kindergarten

That last week of school was busy busy! Etta had that field trip to the Ellington Ag Center on Thursday, May 14th. On Friday afternoon there was a performance that I wasn't able to attend, but another parent and Ms. V took photos for me. On Monday the 18th Etta had Field Day, Tuesday was awards day (and the day we handed out teacher gifts), and Wednesday was her last day (nothing special going on at her school that day- besides it being a "movie day". I did go to Daniel's class party on Wednesday afternoon because it was his last day too. So, instead of asking Grandma Mel to come down AGAIN to help out with the kids, Aunt Becky came over to hang out in the house while Alice took her nap.).

Celebrating Summer Birthdays:

School is Cool:

Field Day:

I bought myself a Cricut a couple weeks ago and my first big project was to make personalized water bottles for Etta's classmates for Field Day. :)

Awards Day:

Etta's Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Myers.
This was Mrs. Myers final class, she is retiring. :)

Etta's Special Services teacher, Mrs. Sally

Etta's afternoon one-on-one aide, Ms. Vianey

Etta's morning one-on-one aide, Ms. Kim

We had a rocky start to the school year, but by Christmas I felt like we were all getting on the same page and now, at the end of this school year, I think Etta has the most amazing team in place! We look forward to running into Ms. Kim and Ms. V while Etta attends ESY this summer and we know that she is going to have an awesome 1st Grade year next year! Have a great summer, Ladies!
