We came back to Pescador Landing, the same 12-unit condo as last year. We chose a different unit/owner this time around and it was definitely the right move! We love this location. The condo sits right on an intercoastal waterway, Old River, and is situated across the street from the gulf (you can see the gulf water from the front balcony, but the "view" is out back). The sunsets and sunrises are BEAUTIFUL to take in from the balcony and from the dock. We even saw some dolphins cruise by twice in one evening. It is very fairly priced. They also allow pets, which saves a TON on boarding costs. Also, if you own a boat, there is a boat slip for each unit. To top it all off, Perdido Key is only about 20 minutes from my sister, Deanne. I found the listing through an awesome vacation rental site vrbo.com (vacation rental by owner). We also discovered that the unit next to the one we stayed in is for sale and we spent the week fantisizing about buying the unit, making it our own, and coming to the beach every 6 weeks or so and sharing the unit with family and friends...
We had an amazing time and now I am about to weigh this post down with about a billion photos!

Day #5
This guy turned 8 months on the first day of our vacation. He started pulling up on the second day.
Dinner at Sunset Grille with Todd's niece, Kelly, and her family (including their son Alex, who is a week younger than Daniel)
Daddy ordered Etta her very own sweet tea for the first time ever. She loves sweet tea, but she's usually only allowed to have a few sips of my drink and we give her watered down apple juice or milk in her cup. Well, as I said, that night she got her own and she LOVED it! Daddy wrote her name on the cup with a sharpie so everyone would know it belonged to her!
She stayed up until midnight. lol.
Hoping to spot a dolphin...
Playground after dinner
Day #6
I caught Woody sunbathing while Etta was at the beach with Daddy. ;)
Sunset- Day 6
Day #7
Poor guy got his first splinter somewhere along the way. It's in there pretty deep and I still haven't managed to get it out. Doesn't seem to be bothering him, though...
Sunset- Day 7
It was tough to pack up and say goodbye to that lovely condo this morning. I'm sure we'll be back again soon! (Maybe even before next summer!)
