Ring Farm

When you have kids, you have to do fun stuff like take them to a farm in the Fall to pick out a pumpkin and walk through a maze and stuff.  So, that's what we did this afternoon.  We drove about 15 minutes to Ring Farm on the north side of Columbia and got to it!  Etta enjoyed many of the little activities, including the cotton maze and the hay maze and the John Deere tractor (I think that was her favorite) and the GIANT tunnels (wait, that might have been her favorite).  We couldn't do all of the activities that they offered because she's sill so little and because it was HOT (my car said 86 degrees... on the 10th of OCTOBER!!).  I think she started overheating.  Her poor little cheeks got really flushed.  We kept giving her juice/water and by the time we got to picking out or pumpkins, she was DONE and Keith had to go sit in the car with her in the a/c while I picked out and paid for our three pumpkins.  Overall, I think it was a fun time!  :)

                             I bought THAT pumpkin- since she picked it out!
