Etta's 7th Birthday Party

We had Etta's party the weekend after her birthday. We knew we would be getting her a bicycle as her big gift this year, so I decided to make her party bicycle themed.

Etta's dress:

(Alice was *supposed* to wear this adorable bubble, but it arrived the next day. *sad face* So, just imagine that this is what she wore that day...)

Daniel wasn't being very cooperative for a family photo... (can you tell that I have bicycles on my scarf?)

We served "Fat Tire" as our "signature" adult beverage. 

We kicked off her party by playing outside!

Then, we had some burgers and dogs that Keith grilled up for us...

And THEN, we sang Happy Birthday to Etta and ate this yummy cake!

Here is the video of the Happy Birthday song, but it has an annoying hummmmmmm going on. My phone's camera does this sometimes and I never know until it's too late.

Then, Etta decided it was time to get into her presents!

Six months later, and she still loves to ride this scooter around our house (and she does not like it when her siblings try to ride on it)! Thanks, Nana and Grandfather!
