Two.... and a Half!

It's official.  Today Etta is two-and-a-half.  Tomorrow she'll be closer to three than she is to two.  I feel like she JUST turned two.  How does time keep moving more quickly?  To celebrate her half birthday, I let her have her first cookie at the grocery store today.  I remember doing this as a kid.  As soon as we'd arrive at the grocery store, we'd make a beeline for the bakery where they would give us a free sugar cookie.  I knew that our Publix also offered this complimentary cookie, but I've never taken Etta over there to get one.  Until today...  :)  She thought this was magical!  She savored every bite and we were half way through the store before she finished it.
