Dad and Chris Visit and Alex is Home on Leave

It's hard to believe that I haven't blogged since Halloween, but we've been busy around here!  Chris and Dad arrived on Tuesday afternoon (Nov 2).  It was great to see them.  I made dinner that night and we had a good time visiting around the dinner table long after the meal was finished.  The next morning they went with me to take Etta to therapy.  While E was in therapy, we ran a couple of errands.  Then, it was Subway to-go and home for that little bitty to take a nap.  Of course, we went to Target that evening.  After breakfast on Thursday my parents drove to Huntsville for Chris' nephew's wedding weekend.
That Saturday, Keith, Etta, and I went to Keith's cousin's house for a family get-together because another of Keith's cousins, Alex, was home on leave from Afghanistan.  It was good to lay eyes on Alex.  Everyone has been thinking of him and praying for him as he serves our country.  Etta had a great time playing with her cousin Rylee.  They danced in Nancy and Michael's bathroom and they had a great time outside on the play thingie.  Etta thought it was GREAT fun to sit on Rylee's lap and go down the slide together.  These two are so cute together!

My parents came back from Huntsville on Sunday afternoon.  We went to a fairly early dinner at Cracker Barrel that night because of the time change.  Etta was up at 5:15 the next morning.  Of Course!  GAH!  We dropped her off at therapy and then we ran some more errands.  After we picked her up, we met Keith for lunch and then headed home for nap time.  Tuesday was the big trip to Wal-Mart so dad and Chris could restock some essentials and wander around looking for things they just couldn't live without.  ;)  Then, lunch at Blue Coast Burrito (YUM!) and home for nap.  That night, Keith grilled steaks and potatoes and we feasted!  Wednesday it was back to therapy for Etta.  After we picked her up, we went to Best Buy for a bit, then headed to downtown Franklin to walk around and have lunch at Pucketts.
We got to visit some this morning and then they were gone.  The time went quickly.  I'd like to make a trip to Panama soon to see them again and the rest of the Panama family.  Hope you guys had a great flight,  We miss you already!
