The kids randomly/sporadically opened gifts throughout our visit up there and the adults had a "Dirty Santa" gift exchange- the one where people can steal gifts from each other. There wasn't *too* much stealing going on, but it was still a fun game and I think everyone was happy with whatever they got
This tree has picture ornaments of the kids. She adds a new one each year.
Pop likes to hand out $2 bills. It's kinda his "thing". Keith has a whole stack of them that Pop has given him over the years.
We also had a nice lunch while we were there. Daniel was fairly content to eat whatever food I fed him from the table, Etta took one bite of the macaroni noddles with spaghetti sauce on it and then ate the back-up lunch I had packed for her. The contrast between what the two kids will eat is night and day!
We visited for a bit longer after lunch and then we headed home so the kids could nap (D slept in the car on the way home and E took a good nap in her own bed).
Merry Wenzler/Zeller/Kunkel Christmas!
